Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At OVC Distributors, we carefully inspect and prepare every order before shipment. Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following policy.

Returns & Exchanges

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must contact OVC Distributors and receive approval before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:

* Unused and unopened
* In its original packaging
* In resalable condition
* Accompanied by the original invoice or order information

Approved returns due to customer ordering error, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to OVC Distributors within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order or invoice number along with clear photos or videos showing the merchandise, packaging, shipping carton, and shipping label when applicable.

After reviewing the claim, OVC Distributors may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund for the affected merchandise.

Please keep all original packaging and damaged merchandise until your claim has been resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless OVC Distributors determines that the merchandise was defective or shipped incorrectly:

* Custom printed or personalized products
* Special-order merchandise
* Clearance or closeout merchandise
* Opened or used merchandise
* Merchandise that is damaged after delivery
* Products not in their original packaging or resalable condition

Custom Printed Orders

All custom printed, personalized, or specially manufactured orders are final sale once production has been approved or started.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and other specifications before production.

Minor variations in color, print placement, material, or finished appearance that are normal to the printing or manufacturing process are not considered defects.

Shipping Damage

If a shipment arrives with visible damage, please photograph the condition of the cartons and merchandise before discarding any packaging.

Shipping-related claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect our ability to process the claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges, handling fees, payment processing fees, and other non-product charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by OVC Distributors.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for a refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed, packed, shipped, or entered into production.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

Custom or special-order merchandise cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Wholesale Orders

Because OVC Distributors operates primarily as a wholesale distributor, purchases are intended for business and resale purposes. We reserve the right to approve or deny return and exchange requests based on the condition of the merchandise and the circumstances of the order.

OVC Distributors reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
